Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") said today that its
Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.535 per
share, payable in cash on December 30, 2010 to stockholders of record on
December 17, 2010. The dividend is the fourth quarterly installment of
the Company's $2.14 per share 2010 annual dividend.
This fourth quarterly installment of the Company's 2010 annual dividend
will be included in stockholders' 2010 taxable income for income tax
purposes.
